DSpeech is a Text To Speech Program with functionality of ASR integrated. ASR is the name given to Automatic Speech Recognition, so it is able to read aloud the written text.

But that is not the only feature included in this lite piece of software. It can save the speech as wav or mp3 file and lets you choose the sentences to be pronounced based upon the vocal answers of the user.
